How does delivery work?

Deliveries are automatic with Pay-As-You-Go Oil. Unlike other services, you don’t have to call us when you need a refill. We contact you – via email, text and phone - to schedule your deliveries as soon as your oil levels reach approximately 20% of tank capacity.

I have my sensor. When will I get my first delivery of oil? 

We’re now measuring your oil usage and tank levels, so don’t worry about running low. We’ll contact you - via email, phone and SMS - to confirm your first delivery when your oil levels reach approximately 20% of tank capacity.

Important Reminder 

You might not require delivery for some time if your tank was relatively full when we fit your sensor, especially during the warmer months of spring and summer. But you can rest assured we’re watching your tank and will get in touch when you need a refill. 

Am I charged for Pay-As-You-Go Oil deliveries?

No. Deliveries are part of our service.

Are you charging me for own my oil?

We do not charge you for the oil that was in your tank when we fit your sensor. You only pay for the oil we deliver to you.

How do I arrange an oil delivery? 

You don’t have to! Because we’re keeping an eye on your tank and will order and deliver your oil when you need it. We’ll email, text and phone you to confirm your Pay-As-You-Go Oil delivery 48 hours before we’re due to arrive.  

How can I check when my next delivery is due? 

You can see an estimated date for your next delivery in your PrepayPower app. The estimate updates as you use oil, so it’s easy to keep track of upcoming deliveries. We’ll also contact you directly to confirm your delivery dates.

How do I reschedule my delivery?

You can contact us on 1800 848 034, our website or in the chatroom of your PrepayPower app. *Please do so at least 24 hours before we’re due to deliver your oil. 

Do I need to check my oil tank or arrange deliveries?

No. The sensor measures your tank levels and automatically tells us when you need a delivery. But you can see how much oil is in your tank and your next delivery date in your PrepayPower app.

Don’t worry. The sensor measures your usage and tank levels and lets us know when you need a delivery. We’ll contact you to confirm the delivery when your levels reach 20% approximately of tank capacity. 

How much oil do you deliver?

You’ll receive initial deliveries of 300L while our sensor learns about your usage habits and tank. Then, once we understand your specific requirements, we'll tailor our delivery quantities to meet them. 

 

What happens if I order my own oil fill?  

That's the beauty of Pay-As-You-Go Oil You don't have to worry about running dry or ordering deliveries. Because the clever sensor we fit to your tank lets us know when you need a refill. 

We'll get in touch to schedule your deliveries when your levels hit approximately 20% of tank capacity.
