The 2023 Budget included €600 government electricity credit for every residence in Ireland. PrepayPower will issue the first of your three €200 instalments of credit between November 1st and 11th 2022. The second two payments have been scheduled for January and March 2023.
Customers with our Smart Pay meters will have their 3 * €200 automatically added to their balance. The first of these €200 credits will be applied between the 1st to 11th November.
Customers with our Classic Pay meters will receive six codes, each of them for €100, which then need to be added to the meter. The first set of 2 codes will likely be 20 digits long, but a small number of them may be longer in length.
Regardless of what type of meter you have, there's no need to contact us directly for the codes, we'll be sending them out automatically to SmartPay customers and via SMS/Email to Classic Pay customers.
