I have moved into a new home with a PrePayPower meter installed. What do I need to do?

  • Contact us via our online form or call us on 1800 844 784 to let us know of the change in circumstances
  • We will terminate the existing account set you up with a brand new one and issue you bonus credit. 
  • We just need to you to provide us with some details about yourself and a reading from the ESB meter 
  • We’ll issue a welcome pack with new top up cards by post at no extra charge
  • Don’t worry; we can give you the unique card number to top up while you’re waiting on your cards to arrive
