What's my account number?

Its the 19 digit number on your Top Up card. You can find it in a few places: the 'Profile' section in your app, on your Top Up receipt or printed on your Account Statement. Alternatively, click on the 'Live Chat' button on this page and we'll be happy to help.

  • Your Top Up card cannot be used with any other meter. If you lose your card you can still Top Up online, in our App or in a Payzone outlet. Simply give your Mobile Phone number in the Payzone outlet to allow them to locate your account. Find out how to Top Up here.

What's my MPRN number?

A Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN) is a unique 11 digit number that identifies your property on the electricity network. An MPRN will always start with the digits 10. Click on the 'Live Chat' button or on the 'Contact Us' option below for help with your MPRN number.
